Radiate Your Inner Self
Nothing stimulates the senses like a stroll in nature. I recently went to Batford Arboretum in Oxfordshire where I enjoyed a peaceful walk in a beautiful place where I was able to absorb the glorious energies of the trees.
Interestingly, trees radiate different energies, they all vibrate with a unique frequency, so it was lovely to feel them, by this I mean placing my palms on the trunk and kicking off my sandals to plant the soles of my feet upon the soil, visualising the connection to the roots. Have you ever experienced this? I would wholeheartedly recommend it; it invigorates inner happiness and energises the soul.
I found myself drawn to lie upon the grass, connecting to Mother Earth, this is always grounding and therapeutic. I spent a long time watching the clouds shift and change, allowing my imagination to pick out shapes and pictures which I could interpret as personal signs and messages.
By shift your consciousness, moving the mind, you begin tapping into your higher senses as it starts to align the intuitive part of yourself. In this heightened state, you can tap into sub-conscious. If you are able get to this state, be still and listen to the whispers of loving guidance.
Apart from the wisdom, cloud watching is great for our mental health. Sitting in the present moment without judgement allows us space to relax and quieten our busy minds. But can you switch off? Many of us struggle with being by ourselves, but it is important for our well-being to regularly gift ourselves (and I believe it is a gift) time to just ‘BE’. Getting to know yourself, your soul, helps us to understand our emotions and enables us to listen to what our higher self is trying to tell us. It can regulate our stress levels and ultimately bring a sense of balance and harmony.
Lion’s Gate
It’s that auspicious time again, 8/8 or otherwise known as the Lion's Gate Portal. This phase, late July to Early August, is regarded as one of the most powerful moments in the calendar year for spiritual awakening and manifestation.
Numerology frequency says that the number eight means wealth, luck, and positivity. When turned sideways, it represents the symbol for infinity which welcomes the energy of abundance.
During the portal, the high-vibrational frequency can bring soul awakening, psychic downloads, inspiration and can lift our consciousness to help us tap into our dreams, welcoming in new energies. I love that it can stimulate us to embrace your creativity, as well as being a time of healing.

Crystal of the Month
This month I am introducing the Caribbean Calcite
Caribbean calcite is a beautiful meditation stone which helps us to active our psychic abilities and elevate our consciousness. The colourings of this crystal draw us to our throat chakra to encourage us to release emotional barriers which we often can’t express. It is soft, calming, gentle and perfect for all work in looking after our well-being. A wonderful crystal to support us in releasing our fears, worries and stresses, promoting inner peace.
Caribbean calcite is also associated with the third eye and crown in enhancing lucid dreaming, connecting us to our higher selves.
Meditating with Caribbean calcite brings a sese of serenity and peace, perfect for the summer when we are so busy.
Shell Wisdom
I first stumbled upon the beautiful energy of shells as a little girl. Like many, I loved finding them on the beach and filling my bucket with them. I never realised their healing prosperities then, but I do now, they are magnificent, equal to crystals and you all know how I love a crystal or two!
Shells don’t only have amazing power from the earth and water, they have unique sacred geometry which are homes to sea life, creatures of the sea who all have a role, a purpose in life. Shells are part of living organisms who have inhabited them as their homes, therefore are part of the tapestry of life.
Many Ancient tribes understood the spiritual significance of shells and used them as amulets, protectors from negative energies, healing and spiritual connection. They also hold the powerful energies of Gaia.
Due to the moons influence on the ocean, shells therefore hold within their energy the moon phrases, so can support us through the lunar cycles.
