Readings are given with the best intentions for all concerned and are for entertainment purposes only.

Healing – although hugely beneficial, there are no promises for miracles and I would always recommend you consult your doctor / seek professional medical advice.

Online appointment policy

If you request an appointment with me using the website, I will confirm your request by email. 

Payment for online bookings must be paid in full before the reading and can be made via PayPal or bank transfer (details given to you on booking).

When making a PayPal payment please use the notes feature to let me know which appointment the payment is for.

Payment for face-to-face appointments can be made via PayPal or cash on the day.

​

You may change or cancel your appointment, up to 48 hours before by phone.

You can book an appointment over the phone or through the website.

Cancellation policy

A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment.  If 48 hours notice has not been given, full payment for the appointment will be required.  Please call me directly to cancel 07792 289762

Refunds

Refunds for payments made via PayPal will now carry the appropriate service fee imposed by PayPal as these can no longer be reclaimed by the company.

Payment policy

Online bookings require full payment at time of booking.

Party/group bookings require a deposit of £50 via PayPal. The balance can be made in cash on the day.

Unfortunately, cheque payment is no longer accepted.

Courses

No refunds will be given if you have registered and paid to attend a course.  If you wish to transfer to another course or course date, a minimum of 12 weeks notice will be required.
