Where has this first month has gone? It seems to have flown past in a flash. I guess that is what happens when you hit the ground running!
I have been quite busy with readings and teaching and have met lots of new, lovely people who seem to have blended beautifully within the different groups. I always put my trust in the Universe to bring the right people together for the right reasons and once again, magic has woven my groups together. So welcome.
Energies throughout last month have proven to be tense and stressful for some, yet proactive for others. Mercury retrograde which is with us until the beginning of this month, has cause communication difficulties and Venus retrograde has made us question our relationships. For many, this has been an opportunity to see with fresh eyes what we want from our relationships and where we would like to move towards. I have found that this planetary aspect has helped me focus on where I would like to be and what I wish to manifest. Relationships are not always about love, but with yourself.
Moving into February, I feel the energies soften a little. The expectation of creating new beginnings seem to have eased as we settle down and go with the flow. I feel the overall sense for this month is about continuing to release all what no longer aligns with you and to look forward with clarity, optimism and faith. Connecting and aligning with your true essence will help make your decisions easier and get you back on track. I feel there are lessons to learn this month too, so look out for those!
With the arrival of Valentine’s Day, there may be renewed feelings of love. however, it isn’t always the most romantic time of the year. I believe romance should be all year round and not dedicated to a specific day. If you are in love, show your partner as and when you feel inspired to do so rather than waiting for a particular day to shower them with affection.
For some, Valentine’s Day is not always an easy day, so I send my thoughts and healing prayers to all you who are going through difficulties, to those who are grieving and are alone or to those who are struggling to find the perfect romantic partner. Instead, why not make this day a special day for self-love. Welcoming loving feelings of compassion and acceptance to yourself and treat you, because you deserve some special attention. I might even buy myself some beautiful flowers!
It is the year of the Tiger (Chinese New Year) which brings excitement to me as I was born under the influence of the Wood Tiger – probably why I am such a cat lover!
Tigers symbolise of strength and braveness. They are natural leaders, are courageous and energetic. Tigers also love a challenge, they are hungry for excitement and will take risks to get what they want.
With this in mind, whether you are Tiger or not, draw upon these qualities in 2022/3 to create your vision, support your dreams and be the person you wish to be.

A Burst of Love
Rose Quartz and Archangel Chamuel Meditation
Make sure you have your feet in the ground, centre yourself with your breathing and relax.
o Hold a rose quartz in your hands.
o Become aware of a shimmering ball of healing light above your crown chakra.
o Slowly begin to bring the healing light down through to your heart centre. Take a deep breath in.
o See or sense the white light travelling up through the left shoulder and then down your left arm into your left hand. See the healing light flow into the rose quartz.
o Placing your right hand over the top to seal it, see the rose quartz glowing. It is cleansing the energy of the crystal.
o Now in your mind, ask that this crystal be programmed for healing for your highest and greatest good.
o When you feel this has happened, place it over your heart.
o As you take you next breath in, visualise all the healing energy of the rose quartz, filling your heart, then allowing it to flow all around your body. This beautiful healing purifies your heart, opening it up to love. Allow the energy to calm your emotions, clear your thoughts, bringing comfort and reassurance on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.
o Call upon Archangel Chamuel.
o Sense or see him in front of you, your heart centres merging as you receive his unconditional love. Feel this passing through every chamber of your heart, then spreading out filling your whole body with a beautiful rose-coloured light.
o Take a slow, deep breath in. wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
Crystal of the Month
This month I am drawn to the relative new crystal, the pink Amethyst.
I first saw this beautiful crystal in a local crystal shop and fell in love with it. It was a little pricey so decided not to purchase it. Big mistake. The next two nights I dreamt of it, I kept seeing myself holding the pink amethyst and felt it calling me. I knew instantly, I needed to go back and buy it. Best decision.
The pink amethyst (found in Argentina) carries the feminine aspects of the purple amethyst with its soft, peaceful, loving energy which balances and soothes your emotions. It helps you to cleanse and release emotional issues bringing the body into a calmer sate. Like the purple amethyst, it aids and enhances your intuition and raises your vibration.
This crystal works simultaneously with your heart, 3rd eye and crown chakras. You may feel a sense of knowing when holding the pink amethyst as it brings clarity and taps into your personal growth.
Working with the pink amethyst also helps to open your heart chakra to self-love, like a warm hug of compassion and acceptance. If you have experiences sadness or grief, this wonderful crystal will bring the most amazing healing to you.
Don’t underestimate its power, it may not be a purple amethyst, but is equally powerful, yet soft and welcoming.

Guide Wisdom
Kwan Yin
Kwan Yin is the Goddess of Mercy, of compassionate, loving kindness and unconditional love. She is the maternal mother, a protector of children and will help open your heart to unconditional love and light, enabling you to receive and give love. Kwan Kin is the feminine Goddess called upon in Rahanni celestial healing.
Rahanni vibrates on the pink ray of light associated with the heart centre, releasing all fear based thinking and negativity. As we release negativity held within our emotional bodies, it opens us up to truth, love and compassion.
